The Fun starts here
Little Chicken, a children’s store in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, wanted a colorful and fun mural installed in their activities room, where they hold classes, birthday parties, and other fun events for children.
After brainstorming a few different ideas, we settled on the phrase “The Fun Starts Here” and my direction was to use bright colors that matched a chalkboard design I had created for them recently, and to somehow encompass the themes of art, music, and fun that would appeal to both girls and boys.

The challenge of this mural was creating the perfect double 3D effect behind the letters. The colors had to be carefully considered so that the light and dark parts matched and had the exact right amount of contrast
