Fold-out booklet, name card, and pencil created for the conference. I wanted to cut the folder right along one of the slashes to keep it interesting and tied in to the theme.

When opened, the folder contained a few necessary materials for the attendees, such as a list of people attending, the agenda for the three days of the conference, as well as a blank notebook and a city guide for Buenos Aires.

Several screens from the microsite created for this conference. It was designed like an app, with very simple navigation and was meant to give the attendees some general information about the conference.

I was asked to create an invitation to a feria event that would take place during one of the nights of the conference. Since there were going to be hand-made wares sold at this fair, I wanted the invite to have a very hand-done feel to it. This is a pen drawing of the original idea for the invitation, which was going to be long and a bit narrow. Later, however, it was decided that the hand-lettered word "Feria" should stand on its own with all other information on the back of the card.

Final Feria invitation. The idea was to print the lettering in neon pink on a very thin wooden sheet.

So this was a fun side project that I worked on for this conference. One of the local Argentine bag makers were going to hand produce several different woven bags as gifts for the attendees. I had to sketch out a few different designs for them to follow.

And then I got to see my drawings transformed into real bags!

A photo of the event space. We created a repeat pattern of the logos for the backdrop along with a screen listing all of the attending countries.
